Properties sell, prices change and listings are withdrawn, sometimes on the same day. No solicitation of clients under contract

Browsing this site, submitting the contact form, requesting a home evaluation or phoning does not create a client relationship and does not make Svetlana Osman your representative. Representation in Ontario begins only when a written representation agreement is signed, and the obligations that come with it, including confidentiality, apply from that point. Until then, treat anything you send as information rather than as a confidential instruction.
